Cat's foe? Cat's friend?

Cats & dogs are not natural-born enemies. Almost everyone I know has both cats and dogs ALL living peacefully under the same roof. It all depends upon the owners responsibility and how these animals were raised. First--always know, the CAT is going to set the rules, the DOG will adapt. THAT'S the way it is! Dogs will only chase cats because they are fast, and a challenge to run after, and for the most part--they are playing "prey-and-predator".
